Did it a couple of months ago. The only thing you need to swap from the 4.0 litre engine to the 4.6 is the spacer behind the flywheel/flex plate as they are different thicknesses to cope with different size torque converters. Not sure on the Thor but on the GEMS the only other thing you have to change is the engine size in the ECU or it will use the fuel map for the 4.0 litre. If you have a Nanocom it's simply a case of going into the engine settings, changing it and writing the settings. Don't try to change anything else (as some things can't be changed) or it won't save any changes. The 4.6 uses a stronger gearbox but unless you intend thrashing it up to the red line all the time, you shouldn't have a problem retaining the orignal.

It came with two plastic brackets, 4 bolts and 4 top hat sleeve things.
I am guessing that its necessary to make holes in the roof lining, but where?
