Hi guy's,

I think I've got a front diff bearing gone (where the propshaft attaches)

Has anyone done one & how easy was it?

Can i do it without taking the diff off?

Any pointers & ideas

Many thanks in advance

simple answer no it has to come out , how do you know its the outer pinion bearing their is another at the other end and that's where all the load is . you can put new bearings in but its not a job for someone that doesn't know diffs . but you can remove the diff and get someone else to rebuilt it for you ,lots cheaper or just let them do it if you don't like the idea off pulling your front axles out.
