Hi,
I just bought my car a few months ago so I am new to all this. Its a '98 Range Rover 4.6 HSE. I have already replaced the EAS and the fuel regulator. Now the heat doesn't work. That is problem one. I know virtually nothing, so all help is appreciated. There is no 'book' indicator on the HEVAC LCD panel, but the check engine and service engine lights are illuminated on the dash. The vents blow cold air on both sides. I am also not sure that the heated seats work either. From research, I think it is the blend motors, likely both. I have not checked the heater core or any fuses.

Problem number two is that the engine temp gauge doesn't seem to work. It never changes from cold, not even when I was going 75mph down the highway.

Thanks in advance.

So the temp gauge says its cold, and there is no heat.........Hmmm........
First check that the heater core hasn't been bypassed.
Then check there is a thermostat in the housing, which I think is the issue here.
