I oped the Fuse box and on the Green plug I can see brown stuff. Is that because the fuse box has burned.

What is the function of the green plug.??

I also saw burn marks on yellow plug and Blue plug.

And yes...your fuse box is getting hot and cooking the relays. I bet there's a bunch of cracks in the plastic of the box as well? That's why they need to be replaced before long.

Mine is bad and makes one of the a/c fans cut out occasionally... which isn't fun in Florida summer.

I don't remember any blue relays Kmags - just yellow and green....
What I believe is probably being talked about, is the large 40mm/1.5" square plugs under the fusebox - these come in lots of colours.
Brown marks do mean you fusebox has been cooking itself though - too much current going through it.
I'm so glad I had my breakdown insurance, that was one more thing that the policy covered...
