1980 Range Rover Convertible

I recently purchased a Range Rover Convertable that needs restoration. I believe its a Merlin by Specialist Vehicle Conversions. I was wondering if anybody knew about these?

other than pictures and the one 007 drove in octopussy, I think it is the first time someone actually come out as owning one of these rarities.
