1/2 heated windscreen not working 2009 full size

No clue how this system works, maybe a wire has come loose? Can anyone give me a starting point?

Passenger side USA does not work, thankfully the drivers does. Both working together would be nice.

two relays under hood and two power feeds under the the wiper panel with a single ground
