06 Range Rover sport

Horn beeps when locking with remote. Message in display says drivers door opened! Will lock with inside door lock and will unlock with remote. My question is it the remote that needs reprogrammed or the locking sensors?

it is sensing the door is open, so look at the door swith or latch to make sure it is closed properly.
