03-05 headlights halogen setup - No bixenon - H7 or H4 bulbs

Hi,

I'd like to know what kind of bulbs are used on those halogen headlights.

the main light is liekly to be H4 if is dip/full, and the full beam spot H7, but it'll take minutes to pull one out and check for sure.

The thing is i don't have any of those headlights around. Does anyone has the user manual to check?
