How to reset fuel trims?
Is Testbook/Rovacom/Nanocom the only way to reset fuel trims?
I'm chasing a P1172/1175 issue. Long term fuel trims are pegged at 9-10% on both banks. I want to reset them.

My 1997 4.0 P38 doesn't give any fault codes, and seems to run pretty OK for the Craigslist beater that it is.
Out of curiosity, I checked fuel trims using my Nanocom, and was surprised to see -18.75 on both banks.
This isn't normal, is it? Could it just be oxygen sensors needing replacement...
I have a 95 4.0 SE on lpg (GEMS) which on the surface appears to run OK on both fuels, average mpg around town 12-13.5mpg. BUT........whilst trying to resolve a recent bad idle and backfiring I came across a number of anomolies which mean the truck isn't as healthy as I thought.
