AM/FM radio working fine, so is the AUX on my RR2009 HSE but the Satellite, Navigation, bluetooth and voice command won't. Try cleaning disc and player but nothing happens. Is there a "brain" controlling all this ?

I recently bought my second RRS SC. I was surprised to discover that there is no (working) satellite radio. There is a menu item in the 'Mode' menu in audio/video, but the Sat option is greyed out. Did all 2011 SC not come standard with Sat radio? It's Canadian spec, by the way. Thanks.
