The relays are not broken. No fuses are bad, in fact the fuse box thats under the front passengers seat is only recieving power to 2 out of the 6 fuses. I'm fairly certain that it is not the fuseable links. This is on a 1994 range rover classic. Any ideas/solutions are greatly appreciated!
