Couldn't find an oil dipstick under the hood but noticed a metal tube under the oil filler cap. Would that be for a dipstick?

I'm curious if anyone with a 2010+ RR Sport has seen their oil level on any of the lines under max or above the min mark. My oil level has only ever read minimum, halfway and max. I have never seen it show on any of the other lines that are on the display but I would imagine that it should.
