    Front or rear diff whining? Hi All, Some advice please. I'm on the home run with the transmission, just having fitted a new transfer box. Now, how can I tell which diff is whining? (only under power). Is there a way of doing this without removing a prop shaft? Cheers.

    Hi, I'm owner of an Td6 L322 August 2005. I think that the front ant rear diffs come from E53 BMW X5. In the other hand, Quaife has the ATB diffs (Truetrac-Torsen type) and They have references for BMW X5. Anyone could confirm me if it is possible to fit the ATB's in our cars? Regards

    so i am looking to upgrade from my stock rim/tires (29'') to a set of 31'' M/T tires with 15'' rims. my question is, is the extra torque from the bigger tires going to do any damage to the diffs. i know it is a big problem with jeeps and the dana diffs. so can the ring and pinyon handle it...
