Mine is starting to seize. I did the one wheel off the ground and it took me standing on 4 foot bar to turn wheel. What is the best source for a new one? Or should I pull the front shaft and forget about it?

I have an 04 HSE, all of my steering wheel buttons horn etc. dont work, except my heated steering buton lights up breifly when you mash it but I cant tell if the wheel is getting warm. Ive chedked the fuses and I pulled the airbag and pods off,all of the connections were attached and looked ok...
