  1. No fuel pressure after engine rebuild

    Range Rover Classic
Put power straight to the pump; you'll know for sure whether the pump is good/bad and can then concentrate what may be wrong with the electronics.
  2. Fault Code 69: Neutral (gear selector) switch

    Range Rover Classic
That error code states to refer to test 24 of continuity test procedure. I have the workshop manual and rave and can never find information about which test needs to be done from when I get an error code from the on-board computer. In the past, I've been able to figure it you but this one has me...

    Range Rover Classic
I finally worked on it... looking at the time of this thread, a lot of time has passed There was nothing wrong with the front cover gasket. After putting another one on, I again primed the pump. I wonder if that's the problem with mine... I still haven't investigated it but that seems like the most likely explanation.
  12. Sticking Accelerator pedal

    Range Rover Classic
There is a place to adjust the tightness of the accelerator cable; you just twist it to tighten is and it will take out the slack that is there for the first 25%. If you open the hood, it's right in front of the driver.

  14. Oil Pump Priming Tool

    Range Rover Classic
I need take a good look at RAVE and figure out how oil circulates. I share your concern and thinking about it: -The only screw up I can attribute to me is that the engine block allows the oil pickup tube to be bolted to either sides of the engine and I put it back on the wrong side (mine is...
