Question L320, Ride won't lock in access mode

The ride height function lowers the car but once lowered it immediately re-inflates. I need to lower it so that I can jack it and do some work.

Does it say extended height? Once in a while mine will think there is an obstruction when lowering to access height and raise it to extended height. Try hitting the lower button when it starts to rise back up.

May need re calibration. The car thinks it is going lower than it actually is and thinks it hits an obstruction so goes back up.

Sometimes if you select Access Height and then as soon as it starts to lower, you select Lock Access Height it will stay down but sometimes not.

A recalibration of the height sensors will most likely fix the issue though.
