Need Advice - Hitch Mount Spare Tire Adapter - Jeep to RRC

I purchased hitch mount spare tire carrier that has three welded studs which I believe fits a 5x4.5 lug pattern. My RRC has 5x6.5 and the spare won’t mount.

I am considering bolting on a wheel adapter or having a fab shop fix it.

Does anyone have any ideas or recommendations for wheel adapter?

Only other thing I can think of would be to cut the studs off, drill correct holes, and either bolt/weld on new studs.

Maybe the mounting plate from a Defender or Disco could be welded on.

This is the easiest and simplest of all solutions imo
