It seems the same rattle noise I have since I bought the car.
I am not sure, I keep investigating, but seems a fan located in the bottom right rear side, under the trunk, where it is placed the hybrid battery package. It sounds like if it is not correctly assembled, and for sure, in summer this noise/fan sounds/activate more assidously.
As an initial matter, it's likely a water pump keeping the hybrid battery within its temperature range. Most BEVs and hybrids are designed to actively keep the HV battery within a fairly narrow temperature range to preserve battery life. On the I Pace, even with the HVAC off, you'll see a noticeable hit to efficiency when you first start the car on a hot day as the car works to lower the temperature of the main traction battery.
That doesn't mean that some of you are not hearing a malfunctioning part, but only that some noises from the hybrid battery after shutdown on a hot day would not seem out of the ordinary.
I'm just saying that "some" noises are OK; RubenEvo400 suggested that they were hearing a "rattle" which may not be OK.
