I have the Ford ESP warranty, recommended by many on this forum. All of the LR dealers that I've been to know the warranty well, although they try to push their own LR ext warranty for much more $$$$. Also, if you'd like, I can put up the part numbers for the wheel sensors and main tpms module that was all replaced.
2011 RRS Supercharged, Santorini Black on Tan, pretty perfect as is
2008 RRS HSE Lux (sold), Alaska white on Ivory/Ebony, Supercharged front and side grill's,
20" genuine stormer wheels, Supercharged front Brembo brake retrofit, Supercharged exhaust tips retrofit, 2010+ tail lights retrofit, Color coded mirror caps, Nappa leather steering wheel retrofit.
2005 LR3 HSE (sold), Java Black on Alpaca, oversized all-terrains, LR genuine expedition roof rack, grille guard, and tail lamp guards.

That would be great. The more info I have the next time I'm in the better.

From going through the service records, they replaced the main tpms module with LR023428, and previously, they replaced all 4 tpms sensors with LR018860 (it says 4 - LR018860), although underneath that it says part # lr010532.

    Re: TPMS Question (no error)

    FIXED!!!.

So the problem was finally diagnosed and fixed. Service guys took the car on a longer drive and had their computer reading the live data when the issue would happen. The computer would read LF/ RR/ LL/LR etc... in random patterns dictating issues from not just one TPMS sensor but all. So either all the TPMS sensors would be bad or the module/wiring would be suspect. Apparently the first time they swapped out the module they had taken it from another car that was being sold to another dealer and it was unknown if that RR had a similar issue or not. A brand new one was ordered/installed and the problem hasnt happened since.

So I guess for those of you having a similar problem with no faults popping up, try putting in a new TPMS main module ($500ish). And it probably can be installed yourself. I believe it is up in the headliner.

Yeah, usually when you get TPMS light coming on, but not showing a message it is the module. The light will be somewhat random, as in be on at startup, then go off, then come back on and off while driving. Replaced several for this issue.

Do i need to replace the antenna and the rivet when swapping out the tpms module?

    http://www.parts.com/parts/2008/LAND...R%20COMPONENTS

Is the price correct $268.26? Another member post say the module is $500.

    Re: TPMS Question (no error)

No. The antenna is not actually an antenna at all, it is an initiator. There is one at each wheel that sends out a low frequency signal that pings the sensor and tells it to transmit its data. The signals received from the sensors are received directly by the TPMS ECU. Which is very easy to replace on your vehicle. It is pretty much plug and play, but some driving will be needed allow the sensors to learn to the ECU. Also, it will not monitor your spare, if fitted with a sensor, and may show a fault for it unless you place it as a road wheel for a period of time, usually 25 miles takes care of it.

I don't have a tpms on the spare tire. I going to order the module tomorrow. Hopefully the replacement module will solve my problem. Thanks for your help.

    Re: TPMS Question (no error)

Replaced TPMS Module last night. Drove to work and back (50 miles), no more tpms error flashing.
I think the module went bad due to the heat from the sun. (Black color vehicle and sun).
Anybody else here have the same problem? Or is just my bad luck.

I've replaced it on white trucks in the winter... I think the module just goes bad, it happens.

Anyone happen to have a picture of the module and location in the headliner? What is involved in getting to it? I've been having this intermittent problem with mine now for quite a while.

It's right above the front overhead console, very easy to get to.
