blinkers not working

I did a quick forum search but couldnt find details. None of my blinkers work - front, rear, left nor right. They used to. I hear the ticking when I turn them on and although its the wrong one and has been the wrong one, the trailer looking light blinks on my instrument panel.

The fuse in the panel checks out but on the posts I found, there are relays elsewhere. Anybody know where those are? ill do a rave search if I can find my disk, but given the importance of these I figured id post as well. Thanks!

In my 89 the relay was under the steering column. Mine got progressively worse until they stopped working. I disassembled the relay and there were cracks in the solder on the circuit board. 5 minutes of soldering later, it works like a champ and for the past 18 months have had no indicator problems!

I dug around under there - I saw many relays. I could not figure out which one was the correct one - any ideas/pictures/descriptions or diagrams I need to study? My hazards don't work either....
