Unhappy Classic radio Repair at GB 4x4 radios in AR

Hey there, does anyone know what happened to John at Web: www.gb4x4radios.com . I sent him 4 radios a year ago and he has not returned any emails or calls. Worst of all is that three of the radios belonged to other customers in our shop/

Any advise would be really appreciated, he seemed like a nice guy, really odd.

    Thank you

That is rather disappointing to hear. I have used them and recommended their stellar service and excellent craftsmanship for many years.

I hope he's okay. I was just about to send him my radio for an AUX-in modification and a subwoofer rebuild.

seems John is on some sick leave and no one else has access to his e mail.
He reworked my radio and works great but of course now the cd player is playing silly.
So was trying to get some guidance / suggestions.
Poked the bushes a bit so maybe some one closer to him can give him a hand.
