    Yes, I met up with Scotty and I think I got everything I need, plus I got one of his Rover-Raiser kits.
    Thanks Scotty!
    No plan to do a spring conversion, don't see the point.
    Talking to Scotty, I am sure I have a leaky pipe, or a twisted O ring in the Valve Block...
    Nothing serious, just frustrating!
    Got to get this fuel pump issue done first!

    Update.
    Rebuilt the other Compressor I had, with new O rings and the main problem, which was a bad thermal switch.
    The piston seal looked fine, so left that alone.
    Replaced it and put the T in the compressor line, and installed the gauge for the RoverRaiser, but not the other lines yet.
    Wanted to see that the compressor was doing its job first.
    Compressor is much better that the old one, smoother and quieter, and whilst I didnt time it exactly, I heard it hit its 150psi and stop much faster.

    Had some issues with the new Arnott bags popping off the upper cone... had to reseat them both, as they had not had enough time to expand properly, and were kinked.

    Once it was all back in I wanted to start from a baseline...
    I ran the engine and allowed the system to pressurise, and settle at extended height.
    Pulled the underseat relay, and left it 48 hours.
    Upon checking, the front RH was on the bumps, and the range was heeled over.
    Clearly the leak is still there.
    Replaced the relay, and ran it again.
    It jumped up instantly, so I am pleased to see the tank must have been holding air!
    Resprayed everything I could see with soapy... nothing visible.

    Next, I pulled the airline from the RH front bag, and valve block, and bypassed it with a length of clean, good airline I got from Scotty.
    So, I bypassed the factory line, to narrow the search for the leak.
    Checked the heights from upper wheel rim edge to wheel arch.
    FL= 10 3/8"
    FR= 10 3/8"
    RR= 11"
    RL= 10 3/4"

    Pulled the relay and left it overnight again..
    This morning, BOTH sides of the front were down to 8" or so....
    Wierd.

    I just reset it, and remeasured...
    Let me try again!

    4 hours later...

    FL= 10 1/2"
    FR= 10 1/2"
    RR= 11 1/4"
    RL= 11"

    I assume the raise is due to a temperature change from 8am this morning, as I bet it was 25degF.

    Here we go...
    5pm..
    FL= 9 1/2"
    FR= 10 3/8
    RR= 11"
    RL= 11"
    Front left dropped 1" in the last 5 hours.

    If, by tomorrow morning the LF is down a lot, I had an idea...
    Bring it back up to the same height, then clamp the pipe between the LF and valve block...
    If it still goes down, the leak is in the airbag assembly... if not it has to be in the valveblock...
    Would that work and make sense?

    I had a problem where after the bellow had popped off the spring piston, it got squashed. Since the bead of the bellow was no longer perfectly round, it continued to leak from the bead. If you bellow has suffered any harsh treatment it may well be damaged likewise. Crimping off the hose from the spring is a good idea to test the air bag assembly in isolation.

    After leaving it for nearly 24 hours, the LF was down to 6 1/2 inches, confirming that the leak is in the LF somewhere.

    Reset the heights again, so back to 10 3/8" on the left Front, pulled the relay again, and clamped off the Airline close to the Valve Block.

    Lets see what happens next!!

    Re: EAS Airbag leak-down... Bag looks perfect, O ring not showing leaks.. What next?

    This morning after 12 hours with the relay out, and LF airline clamped with a fuel line clamp, I just measure it....

    FL= 7 1/2"
    FR= 8 3/4"
    RR= 11 1/2"
    RL= 10 3/4"

    Unless my clamp is leaking this points to the leak being in the LF Airspring assembly.
    This leakage is and has been consistant thru everything I have done.
    FYI, I replaced the O rings at the bag, both when I removed the original bag for inspection and replaced it, and when I put on the new bag.

    At this point, I am struggling...
    Maybe its as simple as a bad seal between the bladder and upper or lower caps?
    Maybe there is a hairline crack, or maybe somethiong in the collet/O ring assembly!

    Anyone have any thoughts?

    Pulled off both Airspring assemblies yesterday.

    Swapped the bladders left to right, keeping the plasic caps in the same positions...

    This morning the LF was flat on the bumps again.

    After speaking to Scotty, I finished the Roverraiser install, but used the plugs to isolate the suspension from the Valveblock.
    Pressurized each corner to 55psi.
    Measured and awaiting some change...
