    Book icon on HEVAC display

    Hi all,
If the 'Book' icon is displayed on HEVAC screen does it automatically disappear when the problem is fixed or does it have to be deleted? If so how does one delete the icon?
    How are errors read?
    Regards all
    Al

Errors are read with a Land Rover specific diagnostic kit. Self correcting errors depend on what the root issue is. There is no way to clear code by pressing a button, disconnecting the battery etc.
How come "you're a peach" is a complement but "you're bananas" is an insult?
Why are we allowing fruit discrimination to tear society apart?

    Hi all,
What is the best ( most economical) diagnostic tool for a Range Rover, how much does it cost, where does one purchase it from
    Regards

There are as many opinions as there are P38 owners!
Have a read though the Diagnostics section to see the pros and cons of each one.

Personally I've had a Hawkeye, sold it and bought a Nano Evo, which I'm happy with, just avoid generic stuff cos apart from reading some codes it never seems to do the more arcane things that P38 specialised tools do.
