    Hi Stonecutter,

What's the jumpering distance to your RR? Would it be possible to attach two sets of jumper leads together (with safety in mind) to get to the battery?

I have a special set that I made and are extra long for situations like this!

    Good luck!

it's too far for even that. it's stuck in a spot that i have to back out of, maybe a full rover length, then i'd be ok.
is it normal to be locked up when the battery is dead like this?
    arrgghhhh

    thanks for the reply.

Do the obvious. Swap batteries. Back the beast out, turn off and swap them back and then jump start it.

    Bingo!

There is a solenoid that lets you get into gears, without any alectricity, the solenoid doesnot engage.
