Hi,
Last week-end i'm trying to fix a leak on my P38 gearbox (2.5 DSE manual gearbox).
Leak is on the connection between two hoses from oil cooler and the gearbox (on part FTC2687 connected to gearbox)
I've change each oring of the two hoses but there is still a big leak. After redisassembly i see my two news oring completely damaged and cut (like oring became two oring)
o-ring used are ESR1594L, is that the right reference?
I don't know if:
On the picture the red arrow is where the leak is (hose is disassembly) and the green arrow is where I put the oring:

I don't know if:
- I have to put the oring on the hose or at the botton of the hole of the other part (FTC2687)
- I have a to tighten the nut a lot or just a bit
- Simply only what's I'm doing wrong
