My 2005 Range Rover recent went to my local shop (not dealer), for some basic work, which required the battery to be disconnected.
Now the immobiliser will not allow the key to turn in the ignition fire-inserted after removal.
The only way I can get the key to free up in the ignition is to disconnect the batter negative for 10 mins and then reconnect.
I can drive it now of course - so long as I don't take the key out of the ignition a but I can't lock it, so now there is a security issue.
Any help would be appreciated.
