Gray Spots on my Exterior plastic (Grill, Side vents, Front Window/hood area)

I am trying to find a way to clean these Gray Spots on my Exterior plastic (Grill, Side vents, Front Window/hood area). It looks like they are old dirty water stains that just won't come off!
Does anyone know of a way to get them off? Please see the picture......-Thanks, Justin

what year is your car? i just recently had all of my handles replaced under warranty because they had similar spots (from the sun beating on them?) and the driver one was even beginning to peel. i would check with your dealer.

I also have those similar spots, products such as armor all cover them on a temporary basis but they always come back. I don't know what causes that, but i'd like to find out. I am planning on removing and painting the cover that you have shown in your photo
