    Black screen after battery problem

    friends,

I own a land rover evoque 2012 and today in the morning the battery of my car was weak and made with the help of another car a "parallel connection" as it is known in Brazil, or when I connect cables in a battery of another car and I connect in the battery From my car.

The car turned on normal, but at the time the multimedia screen turned black. There was no image Was the first time this happened. The multimedia works normal, I hear sound, I hear the sound of the touch, but nothing appears. black screen!

I saw the fuses, there is even a fuse for the screen, but it is OK! What can it be? Does anyone have any ideas?

Can I have broken the screen?

    thank you.

Re: Black screen after battery problem

Not following proper battery disconnect or boosting procedures can very easily kill sensitive electronics. There is never a time that you should be jumping batteries direct to each other on newer cars. You should only use the provided aux posts provided and follow the directions in your owners manual.
Common sense is not a gift, it is a punishment.
Because you have to deal with everyone who doesn’t have it.
