Many Range Rover buyers and owners are looking for something more than
a stock vehicle -- more power, custom interior enhancements, sportier
handling, or distinctive appearance.
Upgraded and customized Range Rovers have long been available in the
UK, but only recently in the US. In 1997, a special supercharged 4.6
SSE model was produced
for LRNA by Cameron Concepts, later known as Special
Vehicle Concepts, who offered a wide range upgrades for the Range Rover Mark III
and P38 until founder Peter Cameron's premature death in 2007.
In 2004, Overfinch, who have
produced high-powered customized Range Rovers in the UK for many years,
opened for business in the US. Overfinch
offers the complete
Overfinch line for the new model Range Rover 4.4/L322, including their
new 380 HP engine upgrade package. For detailed
